LATEST SHOES ARE TRIPPING EVERYWHERE 
Though they seem to have passed milady's esthetic test, they apparently do not sit well with many foot specialists. 
Dr. Monroe Jacobs, president of the Podiatry Association of the State of New York, calls them "supremely dangerous" and "not conducive to the normal function of walking."

There was no way out. We had no inspiration, musical or nonmusical, until the band started. Before the Pistols, me and the boys used to like to walk up and down King’s Road, where people would be buying all of this ridiculous fashion gear. There we would be, these ugly monsters right in the middle of it. That was the place to be, the fashion center of London.
