1965 | NO, NOT LIKE THOSE STILETTOS!

"The fashion shows underlined the spirit of the new models of 1965-1966 with the "cat's tongue" line, evening heels from five to seven centimeters (but different from the despised stilettos!), bright colors - pink and turquoise suede with black kid decorations, for example and traces of the timeless Chanel style – the cut off toe and heels from three to five cm."

"
Highlights from the Vigevano exhibition in the drawings below.  Trom top down: the open toe shoes by Aldrovandi in black and white; also by Aldrovandi the two-tone model of glacée leather for the afternoon; at the center the blue suede shoes with a strap by Nembro; also by Nembro is the sport sandal in orange color with white stitching and the evening one in suede. The three-colored boots, white beige and black, are by Clema."
