La scarpa disegnata da Warhol, insieme ad altre tre, é stata riprodotta anche nel libro "Vintage Shoes" di Caroline Cox.
Leggendo la didascalia notiamo che:
01 - non vengono attribuite ad André Perugia, né indicata la fonte (Gazette du Bon Ton)
02 - la datazione é errata
03 - il riferimento alle punte allungate é solo un vezzo del disegnatore (Pierre Mourgue) e non lo stile delle scarpe (E le immagini qui sopra lo mostrano adeguatamente).

Reading the caption we notice that:
01 - the shoes are not attributed to André Perugia, nor is the source (Gazette du Bo Ton)
02 - the date is wrong
03 - the "elongated toes" reference is just the style of the drawing artist (Pierre Mourgue) and not of the shoes (As shown on the images above).
