COVI MODA TIMELINE
1945 | Nasce COVER, prima incarnazione del calzaturificio Covi Moda, azienda a conduzione famigliare nata dalla volontà di Rino Cozzi e Gino Verga [COzzi + VERga = COVER].
1964| Nuova sede e conduzione del solo Rino Cozzi in seguito al ritiro dall'attività di Gino Verga.
1969| Nuovo trasferimento e cambio di denominazione nell'attuale Covi Moda.
1972 | More il fondatore Rino Cozzi; l'attività viene gestita dalla moglie Elena Acquila sino al 1983 quando viene affiancata dai figli Elena e Giancarlo.
Da sempre specializzati nella realizzazione di scarpe da donna, Covi Moda oggi produce per stiliste come Olivia Morris, Nicole Brundage e Heather Williams e, tra gli altri, in passato anche Vivienne Westwood é passata da queste parti.
1945 | Birth of the shoemaker COVER - Covi Moda's first incarnation - thanks to Rino Cozzi and Gino Verga [COzzi + VERga = COVER]
1965 | New HQ and Rino Cozzi remained alone at the helm due to Verga's retirement.
1969 | Another relocation and name change to the actual Covi Moda.
1972 | Rino Cozzi passed away and the wife Elena Acquila runs the business until 1983 when joined by the sons Elena and Giancarlo.
From the very beginning they focused on women's shoes and today they produce for designers such as Olivia Morris, Nicole Brundage and Heather Williams. Among others, Vivienne Westwood used to produce here.
